Property law

We have also been dealing with property law just as long as with inheritance law.

The law governing property and land registers is usually underestimated and represents a body of material rich in detail and wide-ranging. Not least due to its close connections with inheritance law, we have nearly daily dealings with it.

For example, we are typically involved with

  • Property law (dividing and combining, components, right of ownership, co-ownership)
  • Brokerage law (conclusion of contract, termination, commission claims, liability)
  • Property purchase contracts (form, checking contents, consultancy, creating draft)
  • Leasehold arrangements (origination, content, transfer, encumbrance, termination)
  • Rights of use of the property (usufruct, land rents, rights of abode, i.a.)
  • Credit security (land charge, mortgage)
  • Foreclosure of the land (compulsory auction, compulsory partition, administrative receivership)
  • Land tax and land transfer tax
  • Acquisition of residential property

The important thing in this area of the law is to have precise knowledge of the legal foundations and the relevant case law. The focus for us is certainly on the area of compulsory auctions and compulsory partitions as well as general property law.

We will also be happy to take on your case.

We have the experience and the expertise to bring about decisions which maintain peace in the family.

We offer out-of-court approaches but we will also be at your side if disputes go to court.
